Yes we have a Kindergarten program that is delivered in our Pre-School room. It is eligible to children in the year before they attend school. To be eligible for our Kindy program, children are required to attend a minimum 15 hours per week, which is equivalent to 2 days at our service. However, there is no minimum or maximum to attend the Centre. The Program is delivered by a Bachelor Qualified and experiences kindergarten teacher.

We aim to cater for all children with specific requirements including dietary and allergies. 

Yes we do, We encourage all children and families to undertake orientation at the Service. We encourage families to come to the Centre and spend time in child’s new room and allow your child to become familiar with their new environment. 

The Centre has an illness and infection control policy that adheres to regulations set out in the ‘Staying Healthy in Child Care 5th Edition’ manual and time out exclusions provided by Queensland Health. If your child falls ill whilst in care, the Centre will contact you to organise collection of your child. During this time, your child may be kept in isolation to minimise the spread of infection.The Centre will notify you of any exclusion periods for illnesses at the Centre.

If your child attends the Centre one day per week and that day falls on a gazetted Public Holiday, you will not be charged for that day. Families who attend the Centre for 2 or more days per week will be charged the full day rate for Public Holidays. 

A $50 weekly discount is applied to fees in the weeks children attend full-time (Mon-Fri) care. The $50 weekly discount still applies if a child is booked and fees are paid for full-time attendance even if the child is absent for one or more days in that week. On any week when a child is booked to attend 4 days or less, the daily fee will apply.
